Simple, per-user pricing
You pay per user, and everyone on the workspace shares one pool of credits.Plans at a Glance
What’s a Credit?
Credits measure the work Lindy does, about one cent each. You only spend them when Lindy is actually working, and bigger jobs use more.
Lindy picks the right model for each task so credits go further, and you can choose the model yourself if you’d rather.

How Credits Work Across a Team
Credits are pooled at the workspace level. Each seat adds its plan’s allocation to one shared balance the whole team draws from, and admins can cap how much any one person pulls. Need more before your cycle resets? Admins can top up shared credits any time at $10 per 1,000 credits, in 1,000-credit blocks. If the pool runs low, Lindy pauses credit-using actions and tells you. Nothing breaks, and there’s no surprise bill.Frequently Asked Questions
How do credits work?
How do credits work?
Credits are how Lindy measures work, and bigger jobs use more. Every seat adds its allocation to one shared pool the whole workspace draws from, so the team pulls from the same balance.
Do unused credits roll over?
Do unused credits roll over?
Your plan’s credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and don’t roll over, so every month starts fresh. Purchased top-up credits are the exception: they carry over and don’t expire.
What happens if we run out of credits?
What happens if we run out of credits?
Nothing breaks, and there’s no surprise bill. Lindy pauses credit-using actions until your credits reset at the start of your next cycle. Need more before then? Admins can top up, or move to a plan with more credits, any time.
Who actually needs a paid seat?
Who actually needs a paid seat?
Anyone who uses Lindy takes a seat, whether they sign up directly, join your workspace, or @mention Lindy in Slack. Someone new to Lindy who joins through Slack gets a 7-day free trial before the seat is billed. People who already have a Lindy account, or who sign up directly, are billed right away.
How does billing and seat management work?
How does billing and seat management work?
Teammate is one workspace subscription: every seat is on a single bill and all credits pool together. Admins manage seats and credit allocations in one place. Remove a seat any time and it stays active through the cycle you’ve paid for, with no mid-cycle proration, and Lindy won’t re-add anyone an admin removed.
Can we change plans?
Can we change plans?
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current term. Credit and seat allocation changes are always immediate. Manage everything from your account settings.
Will Lindy do anything without my approval?
Will Lindy do anything without my approval?
No. Anything with outside impact waits for approval, such as sending an email, updating a ticket, posting to another channel, or publishing a doc. Read-only lookups from approved sources don’t require approval.
